Bill Duncan having NO prior experience in education has been working as a political activist in NH and was appointed to the NH Board of Ed by\u00a0Governor Maggie Hassan<\/a>.<\/p>\n Cronies of Governor Hassan should not be appointed to the Board of Ed.
